Join Lower Adirondack Pride and Together for Youth for an informative, low-key session on foster parenting — and discover how you can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.
Unity Through Art: Creativity Inspired by Artist Hill Werth
Join us for a creative journey inspired by the powerful artwork of artist Hill Werth. This workshop invites participants of all ages to explore themes of inclusivity and unity. After hearing directly from Hill Werth about the power of building community through art, participants will use a variety of materials provided by the museum to create artworks that reflect this spirit. Come and contribute your unique perspective as we celebrate diversity and creativity together!
November Pride Book Club
This month’s selection is Falling Back in Love with Being Human, a powerful anthology that explores what it means to reconnect with our shared humanity in times of division, grief, and change. Through poetry, essays, and reflections, the collection invites readers to reclaim tenderness, practice empathy, and imagine a more just and compassionate world—while confronting systems of white supremacy, fragility, and patriarchy.
Halloween Party
Get ready for a spooktacular night! Dress to impress in your best costume—prizes will be awarded for best individual, duo, and group looks. DJ Loki will be spinning tunes all night long, and we’ll have specialty cocktails, mocktails, and Halloween games to keep the fun going.
