For September's Slay the Peaks, we'll hike Hackensack Mountain in Warrensburg. This is a 3 mile round trip hike to open summit, with beautiful views of the southern Adirondacks and Warrensburg below. We'll check out some other sights along the trail - include the remnants of a former ski area, and a scenic pond. Afterwards, those interested can head over for some food at the Bandstand Brew Works.
