Community Threads is Lower Adirondack Pride’s mobile affirming clothing closet, bringing free clothing, shoes, and accessories directly into the community.
We believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and affirmed in what they wear. Community Threads meets people where they’re at — popping up at community events and locations throughout the region to make affirming clothing more accessible to LGBTQIA+ people who need it.
Keep an eye out for Community Threads popping up near you. We can’t wait to bring this program to life.
Community Threads is made possible by the generous support of The Glens Falls Foundation and Glens Falls Hospital.
