The Creative Jam

he Creative Jam and the Creative Jam Foundation are building a more connected, creative, and welcoming community in Lake George, New York.

The Creative Jam is an inclusive creative space where people can gather, learn, make, and belong. Located in a bright, accessible log cabin, it offers art classes, workshops, retreats, social events, creative gatherings, and opportunities for beginners and experienced makers alike. Programs are designed to be friendly, low-pressure, and community-centered, with a strong belief that creativity is for everyone.

The Creative Jam Foundation is the nonprofit arm of this mission. Its purpose is to remove barriers to creativity and create accessible, inclusive experiences for people who may feel isolated, overlooked, or excluded from traditional arts spaces. The Foundation supports sliding-scale programs, community events, outreach, and partnerships serving LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, elders, veterans, survivors, youth, and others seeking connection through creativity.

Together, The Creative Jam and the Creative Jam Foundation create more than classes. They create a third place: not home, not work, but somewhere people can show up as themselves, try something new, meet kind people, and feel like they are part of something. All identities, abilities, experience levels, and wonderfully unconventional humans are welcome here.
