Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the 2026 Lower Adirondack Pride Festival. Please read this application in its entirety before submitting. By submitting an application, you are confirming that you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

The Festival will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Glens Falls City Park. This event is produced by Lower Adirondack Pride, a year-round organization serving the LGBTQIA+ community of Warren, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties — producing events, championing advocacy, building community, and offering essential programs. Held rain or shine. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that applications are reviewed and subject to approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Certificates of Insurance: If your application is accepted, you will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance within 14 days of acceptance. General Liability Insurance coverage must include $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate, and $2,000,000 for products and completed operations. The certificate must name The Bridge LGBTCC Inc. d/b/a Lower Adirondack Pride and the City of Glens Falls as additional insureds. Failure to submit proper insurance documentation within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of your vendor space.

Cost to Vend: 2026 vendor rates are as follows — $125 for for-profit businesses, food trucks, and any vendor selling products. $40 for nonprofit organizations that are not selling any products. If your application is accepted, payment will be due within 14 days of acceptance. All fees are non-refundable.

Booth Assignment: Booth spaces are assigned at random. No spaces are guaranteed, and specific location requests cannot be accommodated.

Hold Harmless: By applying to and participating in the 2026 Lower Adirondack Pride Festival, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bridge LGBTCC Inc. d/b/a Lower Adirondack Pride, the City of Glens Falls, all event sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated partners from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, theft, weather-related losses, or any actions or negligence on the part of yourself, your staff, or your guests. Participation is at your own risk.

Additional Info: Each vendor space is 10x10. Vendors who require additional space will be required to pay an additional $75 for a second booth. Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, and any other materials. No stakes are allowed within City Park — tents must be properly weighted. Wi-Fi is not available on site.

By submitting an application, you also affirm your support for the mission of Lower Adirondack Pride to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, especially those with intersecting marginalized identities. Any vendor found to be engaging in discrimination, harassment, or behavior that is anti-LGBTQIA+ — including homophobia, transphobia, racism, or any other form of hate — will be immediately removed from the event at the discretion of the President or authorized event leadership. No refunds will be issued. This is a zero-tolerance space for bigotry, period.
